At FOLK (Family of Lord Krishna), we see every devotee and well-wisher as a member of our spiritual family. Your offerings help us spread the teachings of Lord Krishna through educational, cultural, and devotional initiatives.

1. Donations

• All donations to FOLK are considered voluntary, final, and non-refundable.

• Any books, magazines, or prasadam received are given only as tokens of love and blessings, and not as commercial sales.

2. Transaction Errors

• In case of a technical error (duplicate donation, incorrect deduction, failed payment), please contact us within 7 days.

• After verification, we will ensure the issue is resolved, including a refund if necessary.

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds (only in case of transaction errors) will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to banking/payment gateway timelines.
